Hi everyone. I am looking at the "Energy Patrol" module where the FOSSBot acts as a pre-programmed "Clean Air Agent". I love the focus on having students observe and analyze the robot's automated responses to environmental conditions, such as LED activation in darkness or motion detection. However, students focus entirely on interpreting the behaviors rather than programming the robot themselves. For those who have run this 90-minute lesson : how did you keep the 11-14 year old students engaged? Did the structured worksheets with pick-and-drop matching and multiple-choice scenarios provide enough interactivity?
